Some hints for reading timetables / fare tables :
1. The major cities serviced by the trains are listed at the top of each schedule followed by the names of the trains on this route. The letters at the top of each column are abbreviations for these train names.
2. If the station names are on the left side, read from top to bottom for individual schedules. If the station names are in the middle column, read the left side schedules top to bottom and the right side schedules bottom to top!
3. Train times are listed as Lv. (leave) or Ar. (arrive). Most intermediate train stops are only a minute or two long so a train labeled Lv. 8:00 will probably be arriving at 7:58 or 7:59. Trains nearly always leave exactly on time.
